Why is PRAYER so Important? |
Because we have so many needs ... Wrong! It is because we are in need of God. E. Stanley Jones reminds us that "to pray is to penetrate through this physical universe into the spiritual universe." What a wonderful privilege. It is in prayer that we are connecting with God in a spiritual dimension, which brings us into His presence. I leave you with this thought from Oswald Chambers, "The idea of prayer is not in order to get answers from God; prayer is perfect and complete oneness with God." Come let us pray. ~Pastor David |
Prayer is the launch pad and the abundant source of fuel for all of our ministries. Our prayer chapel is open whenever our doors are open. A prayer and praise board has been installed to help us focus our prayers on current spiritual and physical needs, and to enable us to rejoice together as God's response is made manifest in our lives! We have implemented a special prayer ministry to focus on praying for the salvation of your friends, family and loved ones.
